Hillari is a New York–based therapist specializing in anxiety, relationship concerns, and OCD. She works with individuals and couples who are ready for a deeper level of self-understanding. Her clients are often high-functioning on the outside while internally navigating anxiety, disconnection, or relational strain. They tend to be motivated to understand the patterns shaping their experiences. With a background in behavioral neuroscience, Hillari brings a nuanced understanding of how these patterns become wired over time and helps clients step more fully into their potential.

With warmth and realness, Hillari offers a relational, collaborative approach that moves beyond talking about emotions into experiencing them in real time. Her work is rooted in Gestalt therapy, AEDP, and ERP, helping clients build tolerance for uncertainty while accessing clarity within themselves and their relationships. The therapeutic relationship is an active part of the process, creating a space where clients do not have to face their experiences alone.

Weekly Rate:
$200 | Individual Session

$225 | Couples Session

Our services are out‑of‑network with insurance, but many clients receive reimbursement. Use our insurance calculator to check your benefits.

  • We are an out-of-network practice and do not accept insurance directly. We provide services to help clients submit for out-of-network- insurance reimbursement.  Check your reimbursement rate here

    Sliding scale availability is limited and based on need.

  • We currently offer virtual sessions to clients in New York State, and will be expanding to in-person sessions in New York soon.

  • The right fit is something you feel. A sense of ease, openness, and being understood in a way that resonates.
