Step into your potential
Hillari is a New York–based therapist specializing in anxiety, relationship concerns, and OCD. She works with individuals and couples who are ready for a deeper level of self-understanding. Her clients are often high-functioning on the outside while internally navigating anxiety, disconnection, or relational strain. They tend to be motivated to understand the patterns shaping their experiences. With a background in behavioral neuroscience, Hillari brings a nuanced understanding of how these patterns become wired over time and helps clients step more fully into their potential.
With warmth and realness, Hillari offers a relational, collaborative approach that moves beyond talking about emotions into experiencing them in real time. Her work is rooted in Gestalt therapy, AEDP, and ERP, helping clients build tolerance for uncertainty while accessing clarity within themselves and their relationships. The therapeutic relationship is an active part of the process, creating a space where clients do not have to face their experiences alone.
Sessions with Hillari blend deep exploration with practical, evidence-based interventions to support growth. Over time, clients develop greater clarity, fulfillment, and emotional steadiness, allowing them to move forward with alignment, authenticity, and a stronger sense of possibility.
The mind is the only thing that studies itself.

The right fit is something you feel. A sense of ease, openness, and being understood in a way that resonates. It should feel like a space where you can settle in, slow things down, and connect more directly with what is happening underneath. This is what allows the work to deepen and move forward.

Progress often shows up in how things begin to shift outside of sessions. You may notice a deeper sense of clarity, self-trust, and confidence, with more ease accessing your authentic self and a clearer sense of direction in your personal life and relationships.
