Everyone has an abundant reservoir of love. Oftentimes, our access to this love is obscured by the wear and tear of life and the defenses we create to survive in response. Nandini’s work is grounded in facilitating a homecoming to this reservoir for individuals and couples as they develop greater clarity, compassion, and agency.

Nandini operates from a relational framework, utilizing psychodynamic inquiry, narrative reframing, IFS-informed parts work, contemplative psychotherapy, and AEDP. 

Therapy with Nandini moves you towards a felt sense of homecoming: to owning your voice, expanding your wants, and embracing love without performing or shrinking to earn it. Her clients experience the freedom to be seen, and steadiness to know they are not too much. With Nandini it’s about choosing belonging and expanding. 

At the heart of this work is her expertise in the mind, body, and gut connection. Her somatic and contemplative approach honors what your body has carried long before words could name it, and supports clients in rebuilding trust with themselves from the inside out.

  • We work with clients across New York State and offer both virtual and in-person therapy

  • A strong fit often feels like a balance of safety and movement: you feel respected and understood, while also being invited into deeper honesty, reflection, and growth. Over time, therapy should feel like a space where more of you can show up, and where the relationship itself helps you move toward meaningful change.

  • Healing doesn’t always come in big, sweeping moments. Often, it comes in the small, everyday moments: pausing before reacting, naming a feeling more clearly, honoring a boundary, or making a choice that feels more aligned. We will also look for the presence of new capacity: more self-trust, more emotional range, more honesty, more steadiness, and more freedom to choose differently.
